  • I have anxiety when I am in large groups, around small children and I also have PSTD from EMS work.
  • Missing out on many church activies, difficulty getting to work on time, feeling paralysed.

  • Loosing sleep because as soon as I lay down my mind starts stressing over things that need to get done. Worrying about what others are thinking about my decisions. Not being able to start a big project because I am stressing over the correct starting point.

  • In college when I couldn’t bring myself to walk through the doors of my classrooms when I arrived 5 minutes late, that was the anxiety talking. I have avoided things all my life because they caused me too much stress.
